About the
Volusia County Hispanic Association

Our Story

Founded in 1995, the Volusia County Hispanic Association was born from a shared vision among local Hispanic leaders who saw the need for a unified voice representing the growing Hispanic community in Volusia County.

What began as a small group of passionate community members has grown into one of the most recognized Hispanic organizations in Central Florida. For over three decades, VCHA has worked tirelessly to bridge cultural gaps, promote education, and ensure that Hispanic families have access to the resources and support they need to thrive.

Today, VCHA operates from our headquarters at 505 Deltona Blvd in Deltona, serving as a hub for cultural celebration, community support, and civic engagement across Volusia County.

Our Mission

VCHA is dedicated to promoting cultural awareness, supporting educational advancement, fostering civic participation, and empowering the Hispanic community of Volusia County through programs, events, and partnerships that strengthen the fabric of our diverse community.
