Our Story
Founded by a shared vision, grown into a community cornerstone
Founded in 1995, the Volusia County Hispanic Association began with a small group of local Hispanic leaders who saw the need for a unified voice representing the county's growing Hispanic community.
Three decades later, VCHA is one of the most recognized Hispanic organizations in Central Florida — bridging cultural gaps, advancing education, and connecting families with the resources they need to thrive.
Today, VCHA operates from its headquarters in Deltona, serving as a hub for cultural celebration, community support, and civic engagement across Volusia County.
