The Latin Festival is the crown jewel of the Volusia County Hispanic Association's (VCHA) annual programming. VCHA has been serving Volusia County since 1995 and is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to celebrating culture, building community, and making memories across Volusia County.
